Easy Mail Plus is a program to manage mailing lists; including different modules, such as a word processor with basic functions, label designer and a flexible database engine to store the contact lists. These features make Easy Mail Plus one recommended software for both businesses and home users.
We will begin describing the word processing module. It includes the necessary tools to create a letter for distribution; allowing variable fields, and logo inclusion. The editing functions, includes different font types and paragraph handling. Concluding with the editor, we must emphasize that this module helps to create a letter with professional-quality with modest but sufficient editing functions.
The database engine provided, have no limitations regarding to records number; in fact, its internal tables can store thousands of records without difficulties. Moreover, it comes with standard fields and offers custom ones, expanding its capabilities to multiple uses. This program can categorize records being this useful when is required to handle several mailing lists at times. Finally, we must point out that the database records can be captured interactively from the interface or in batch from other standard sources; In this case, it provides support for various formats, including TXT, CSV, MDB and XML.
The creating label's module, comes with several templates to facilitate the initial design and the option to start a new one. This last function is recommended for experienced users only.
Our staff have tested the functions included in Easy Mail Plus, and they informed us that the application works correctly.
